Signing In
Customers: the office sends you an invite to set your password. Forgot it later? Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen.
Staff: your account comes from your admin. Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen.
Just looking? Tap "See Demo" on the sign-in screen to try a sample company with made-up data.
Using the App
Arrival at a stop (staff): allow Location when Route asks. On the iPhone, set Location to Always (Settings > Twisted Turf > Location) to start Services when you arrive even with the app closed. On Android, arrival works while the app is open. You can change it any time in the phone's Settings.
Lock Screen card (iPhone): the Service in progress, with the customer's name and street, shows on the Lock Screen while you work. Turn Live Activities on or off in Settings > Twisted Turf.
Photos and voice notes: the app asks for the camera, photos or microphone only the first time you use them.
Deleting Your Account
Customers: in the app, open More, then Account, then Delete my account. Staff: ask your admin. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and why.
