Terms of Service

Sprowtz provides a hosted CRM for field-service businesses, billed per business plus employees, month to month or yearly. You can change your plan, employees and add-ons or cancel from Account & Billing; cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your data stays yours: you can export it before cancelling, and it is kept for a set period afterward and then deleted.

You are responsible for the people you add, for texting only customers who agreed to it, and for your own chemical application records meeting your state's rules.
