Messages

Text a customer

New Message, templates, Send Test and Send.

  1. Open Messages and click New Message.
  2. In To, type a name or cell number.
  3. Type the text, or use Insert template. Tags adds fields like the customer's name.
  4. Click Send Test to send it to your own cell from your employee profile.
  5. Click Send to text the customer. It asks you to confirm the number.

If Customer Texting is off in Messages → Settings, only Send Test works.
