Take quote requests from your website
Turn on the Request a Quote form, share its link, and work the requests that come in.
Quote Requests gives you a public Request a Quote form at /request on your CRM address. It is off until an admin turns it on in Settings > Modules > Quote Requests. Nothing on it emails or texts anyone.
- Turn on Quote Requests, then open Customers > Quote Requests.
- Copy the link under Your Request Form and put it on your website, Facebook page or Google profile. Preview Form shows it without saving anything.
- Each request makes a Prospect customer with the property and a Task for the office ("Quote request: name, address").
- Measure the lawn with Aerial Measuring on the property, send an estimate, and set the request's Status to Quoted, Won or Not a fit.
The gear (Settings) changes the title, intro, thank-you message, whether people can pick programs, when the Task is due, and the most requests a day. With Lead Sources on, the form asks how they heard about you.
