Give money back on this card payment, all or part of it.
What It Does
Sends the refund to the card processor and records it on the payment and the invoice.
What It Changes
The customer's card gets the money back in a few days. A card fee is refunded in the same share. It can't be undone.
How to Use
- Type the amount (the full payment is filled in).
- Add a reason.
- Click Refund.
