What It Does
Records the option, add-ons and billing they chose, or the reason they said no.
What It Changes
Mark Won converts the lines to Services at their signed prices. You can email them a confirmation. Mark Lost closes it with the reason.
How to Use
- Pick the option, add-ons and billing.
- Pick a Won Reason and click Mark Won.
- Or pick a Lost Reason and click Mark Lost.
