A pause button for customer messages: while it's on, nothing goes out to customers and you can see what would have.
What It Does
Holds every email, text and app notification to customers and lists it in the Outbound Log on this page instead of sending it.
What It Changes
Customers get nothing while it's on. Your own email and cell and your Test Recipients still get messages, so you can test. Updates and database changes turn it on by themselves while they run, and it ends on its own after the Send Safety minutes.
How to Use
- Click Turn On Safe Mode before a big change, like an import or a new automation.
- Do the work, then check the Outbound Log for what would have gone out.
- Click Turn Off Safe Mode when it looks right.
