Mobile AppOne sign-in for the iPhone app: staff go to the Office or Route by role, customers go to their portal, and people who are both get a Staff / Customer choice and a quick switch. Staff and customer accounts stay separate. Starts off.

Sign-in

The app opens on one sign-in. Staff and customer accounts stay separate: separate passwords, sessions and sign-outs.

Customers sign in to their portal from the same app. Needs the Customer Portal module on.

Shows the staff or customer choice only after a correct password, and only to people who have both accounts.

The app opens the side last used on that phone. Switch anytime from More.

Decides when the quick switch shows. Matching never signs anyone in: the other side still needs its own sign-in.

Adds a See Demo link under the sign-in.

What It Changes
Switching never signs the other side out, so switching back is instant. Signed-in staff open their own customer side (same email) without a password.
How to Use
  1. Turn it on for shared phones.
  2. Leave it off for personal phones.
