Asked on the Edit Team and Edit Employee pages when a person moves.

Offer a One-Person Team

Edit Employee offers "New team just for them", which makes a team named after the person.

Other Teams' Days in Route Are

For people with View other teams' schedules. Workable still needs Start and finish other teams' Services.

Team Change Notices

On: when someone is moved on Today's Teams, they and both Team Leaders get a Route alert and a phone notification.MoreLess

What It Does: Covers day moves, Off Today, Back to Home and Make Permanent, for today or a later day. Quick changes are bundled: it waits 2 minutes, so dragging someone around sends one notice for where they end up, and an Undo before then sends nothing. The person who made the change is not told.
What It Changes: Moved people and both Team Leaders get a Route alert and, with the app's push key, a phone notification about 2 minutes after the last change.
How to Use: Turn Team Change Notices On.
Click Save.
Move someone on Today's Teams and check the Route alert. Never a text or an email.
