Wording

Call things what your business calls them, like Client instead of Customer or Visit instead of Service.MoreLess
What It Does
Renames the main words (Customer, Service, Program, Product, Property) and a few labels everywhere in the app.
What It Changes
Every page, menu and button for your whole team, Route on phones, the Customer Portal, emails and texts that use those words, and the Help Center guides. Only the words change; your records and reports stay the same.
How to Use
  1. Type the word you use, in the singular (Client).
  2. Check the plural beside it and change it only if it's wrong.
  3. Click Save. Leave a box blank to go back to your Business Type's word.

What It Does
Hides chemical tools from businesses that never spray.
What It Changes
Default is On for Spray, On for Landscaping once it has a chemical product, and Off for Trades, Pool, Cleaning and Other.
How to Use
  1. Turn it on if you spray.
  2. Press Save.
  3. Reference and spray rates show in the menus.

Customer Names

When a customer has both a Company Name and a person, which one leads on lists, pages, pickers and reports, and in sorting.

How the person's name is shown and sorted. Email and text greetings still use the first name.
