I don't understand, explain simpler

This page holds the extras for this one estimate. Photos come from the property's own photos: show all of them or tick the ones you want, and add a caption if it helps. Notes come from your voice notes: tick the ones from the visit, press Use picked notes, then cut anything private. Pick whether the customer sees the short summary or everything. Drawings are the files your designer sends: a plan as a PDF or picture (each page prints full size in the PDF), design photos, a video, or a 360° photo the customer can drag to look around. Big pictures are made smaller for you. Videos over 255 MB are too big for this server: put them on YouTube or Vimeo and paste the link. These only show where the document template has the matching block turned on; the badges above say if it is on.

Works with any designer's exports, for example a pool design program's 2D plan PDF, Photo Mode stills, Video Mode MP4 and 360° photos.
