- What It Does
- Makes an .iif file for QuickBooks Desktop, or .csv files for QuickBooks Online, with the invoices, payments, bills and expenses you tick.
- What It Changes
- With Stamp them on, each one is marked Exported by you so it is not sent twice.
- How to Use
- Pick the file and what to include.
- Press Download.
- Desktop: File > Utilities > Import > IIF Files. Online: Sales > Invoices > Import invoices, or Banking > Upload transactions. Account names must match QuickBooks.

- Undo a Stamp sets a period back to not exported so it goes in the next file.
- How to Use
- Check the list.
- To send again, open Undo a Stamp, pick the kind and press Set Back to Not Exported.
