Company

Who you are to your customers: the name, contact details and logo on every email, text, PDF and sign-in page.MoreLess
What It Does
Keeps your business name, legal name, email, phone, address, website, logo, hours, time zone and Business Type in one place.
What It Changes
Customers see these on estimates, invoices and Order Sheets, in email footers and in texts that use [company_name], [company_phone] and the other tags, and on the welcome, sign-in and Customer Portal pages. Your team sees the logo and app name in the menu. Business Type sets your default words.
How to Use
  1. Fill in the name, email and phone customers should use.
  2. Add your logo and check how the menu and sign-in look.
  3. Click Save Company, then send yourself a test email to see the footer.
