- What It Does
- Lets the office change crews for a day without touching anyone's regular team: a sick day, a big property, a short crew.
- What It Changes
- The move counts only on that day (or through the end date you pick). Services stay with their team, the person goes to the work. Route, the Time Clock and crew pay follow the team they actually worked on. With Team Change Notices on, the moved person and both Team Leaders get a Route alert and a phone notification about 2 minutes after the last change. No texts are sent.
- How to Use
- Drag a name onto another team on a computer, or tap a name on a phone and pick a team or Off Today.
- Use Undo on the toast if needed.
- Tap a name for Back to Home Team, Make Permanent or More Days.

- What It Does
- Lists Time Off asked for at the Shop Wall Clock, by a Team Leader for their crew, or added by the office. People who can Approve Time Off see everyone; others see their own days (and a Team Leader their crew's).
- What It Changes
- An approved full day takes only that person off their team on Base, Route, routes and the calendar; their team's Services stay. A part day keeps them on the team with a Part Day pill. Paid reasons add PTO hours to the payroll file, never toward overtime. Alerts are in the app only; no texts or email are sent.
- How to Use
- Tap Add Time Off (office) or Request Time Off.
- Pick the days and a Reason: Vacation, Sick, Personal or Unpaid (the office also picks the person).
- Approve or Deny a waiting request on its row.
- Cancel an approved day on its row if plans change.
