Work Days

Scheduling lands on these days. A date that falls on a day that is off, or on a Holiday, moves to the next work day.

Holidays

Company closed days next to Work Days. A Service that lands on one moves to the next open day.MoreLess
What It Does
Marks days the company is closed, the same way Work Days mark the days you work. Scheduling, Smart Routing and the calendar treat a holiday like a Sunday that is unticked.
What It Changes
After Save, open Services on a newly closed day move to the next work day (Done and date-locked stay put). Customers get no coming alert for a closed day. Base shows Closed on that day, and team or company calendar feeds list it.
How to Use
  1. Tick the US holidays you close, or click Add Another for your own date and name.
  2. Click Save Base Settings.
  3. Leave every box clear if you don't use holidays yet.

Route Photos

JPEG quality used when a photo is shrunk. Higher looks better and uploads slower.

Products on a Service

Route and Base both change the products on a Service. Every change is in the Change Log.

On: a technician can add a product on Route before finishing.

Amount and area can always be changed on Route.

Off: Route shows "Ask the office to remove a product".

Off: Route's Add item shows only How to bill it; price, repeats, Put on and Joins stay with the office.

On: Base can correct a finished Service; the spray record follows and the original stays in the Change Log.

On: finishing a Service takes its product amounts off On Hand. Later edits change only the difference.MoreLess
