Update what is on hand
Stock comes off on its own when a Service is finished. Count it all at once with Inventory Check, or fix one number on On Hand.
On Hand lives inside Products. Finished Services take their product off by themselves (Deduct Inventory When a Service Is Finished, Base gear), Receive adds a delivery, and every change keeps its reason in the product's On Hand History.
Count Everything
- Open Products › Inventory Check. Every product is on one sheet with what it should have (Expected).
- Filter by Type or search. Type the counted number in Counted; Enter moves to the next box. Leave a box blank to keep it.
- Click Save Count. Each difference is saved as an adjustment with the reason Inventory Check.
Fix One Number
- Open Products › On Hand.
- Tap the number, type the new one and press Enter.
Set Reorder At on a product (click its name) to see Low when it runs short. Product Needs compares the Services ahead with On Hand, so a fresh count gives a better order list.
