Check Service Status
See if texting, email, maps, payments and background tasks are working.
- Open Admin in the menu and click Service Status (owners and admins).
- The banner at the top says if everything is up. Each row shows Up, Slow, Down or Off, how fast it answered, the last 24 hours and the last 90 days. Hover a day to see how much of it was up.
- Incidents lists anything that went slow or down, when it started and how long it lasted.
- At the bottom: errors and slow pages today, every module with On or Off, and the versions.
- The gear sets how it refreshes: Live, Every minute (the default) or Manual (the round Refresh button).
Off means not set up or turned off, not broken. Background tasks such as the Emails cron show Off until they have run once.
