See your texting bill
What texting costs this month from Telnyx: balance, texts sent and received, cost per text, the daily chart and the monthly number and registration charges.
Admin > Texting Bill shows what texting costs without opening the Telnyx portal. Admins only. It needs the Telnyx key in Settings, Texting.
- Open Admin > Texting Bill. The tiles show the Telnyx balance, this month's text cost, the total with the number and registration, texts sent and received, and the average cost per text.
- Pick another month (the last 3) in the Month box.
- Cost by Day shows each day's cost. Monthly Charges lists the phone number and the 10DLC campaign, with when it was billed and when it renews.
- The numbers refresh on their own once an hour. Tap Refresh to ask Telnyx again (at most every 5 minutes).
Carrier fees are part of each text's price, not an extra charge. Quiet hours cost nothing: a held text is only billed when it goes out. The balance shows (Low) under $10.
