The Demo never sends texts. Real companies use Sprowtz's Telnyx key.
Your Telnyx number that texts go out from.
Optional. The Telnyx messaging profile for that number.
Optional. From Telnyx, Keys and Credentials, Public Key. Used to check that texts really came from Telnyx.
On: automated texts wait during the company Quiet Hours (Settings > Notifications) and go out when they end. Texts you send by hand still go.
Off: only Send Test (to your own cell on your employee profile) works. On: customer sends are allowed.
On: Send asks "Text (337)555-0100?" once before a customer text goes out. Off: Send goes right away.
Paste this in Telnyx under your messaging profile's Inbound Webhook URL; received texts and delivery updates come in here.
Add your Telnyx key in Settings, Texting.
Nothing to set up: Telnyx sends each text here the moment it arrives, and badges update within 30 seconds.
