Getting Started

Finish a Service on Route

Stop opens a short Finish step. Leaving the stop asks Finish <Name>? on the phone and in the car.

Finishing is short (Oct 22 2026). Products are not part of Finish: change them any time from the Service Menu > Products, where Edit and Add save right away.

  1. Tap Stop. Add a Note or mark a callback if you need to, then tap Finish. You go back to Route.
  2. Not done yet? Tap Not Finished, add why, and Save. The Service stays on your day. The X just goes back.
  3. Drive away with the Service still running and Route asks Finish <Name>?. CarPlay shows the same question with Done and Not yet. Answer on either one and the other closes.
