Open Settings from the gear

1. Tap the gear on the Top Bar, just left of your picture. Only owners and admins see it.
2. On a computer Settings slides in from the right and the page stays behind it. On a phone it fills the screen.
3. Tap a row to open it, use ‹ to go back, and × (or Esc) to close.
4. If you changed something and did not save, Settings asks before it closes.

Old Settings links and bookmarks still work. They open the Dashboard with Settings already open.
