Getting Started

What's in Sprowtz

A plain list of what you can use today, by area.

Only things you can use today are listed. New things are added as they ship.

Dashboard

  • Your own board of widgets: move, resize, Settings on each widget, a separate phone layout and Full Screen.
  • Money widgets: Invoices, Estimates, My Pay and Timesheets.
  • Field widgets: Schedule, Unassigned, Equipment, Soil Tests and Library.
  • Sales widgets: Requests, Feedback, Automations and Contracts.
  • Office widgets: Notes, Help (guides and What's New), and a Task Board size for My Tasks.
  • Widget mode (Profile, My Switches): pages, Settings and Help open inside your board; an optional mode switch on the Top Bar.
  • Swap a widget for another in the same spot.
  • Customers, Properties, Estimates and Invoices widgets open items inside the widget.
  • Messages widget: texts and Team together.

Customers and Properties

  • Customers and Properties with a stage line and tags.
  • Measure on map: draw a lawn and get square feet.
  • Lead Sources.

Base and Route

  • Base: plan days and teams, drag stops, numbered pins on the map in each team's Map Color with a legend.
  • Dispatch button with a count and a 5-minute Undo (Dispatch Grace Period), and Undispatch for stops not started.
  • Edit Route on a computer: number pins by clicking, or draw a polygon to pick stops. Works with Smart Routing off.
  • Route: the technician's day.
  • Smart Routing (an admin turns it on), the optional Optimize step: Optimize (the whole day or just the stops you picked), ETAs, team balancing and re-routing.

Estimates and Invoices

  • Estimates and Invoices, with Print and PDF.
  • QuickBooks download and the Money Log.

Messages

  • Tabs: All, Unread, Customers and Team.
  • Team Chat with coworkers.
  • Customers who texted STOP show Opted out.

Your own things

  • My Files: folders, uploads and sharing with coworkers.
  • Profile: My Pay, My Documents, Switch Company.
  • Light or Dark for your own screens.

Look and help

  • Two Styles: Light and Dark.
  • Every page has a short At A Glance card titled with the page name.
  • Help Center, short hints with More, and the assistant.
  • Print on phones makes a PDF and opens the Share sheet.
