Edit Menu: hide and reorder your menu

Each person can set up their own left menu. It only changes the order and which pages show. It never adds a page you can't open.

1. Open the menu and tap the pencil at the top, next to the pin. You can also search Edit Menu in Sprig.
2. Drag a page by its ⠿ handle to move it inside its group. On a phone, press and hold to drag, or tap the up and down arrows.
3. Tap the eye to hide a page. Hidden pages show faded while you edit, so you can bring them back.
4. Every change saves right away. Undo puts back your last change.
5. Tap Stop Editing, the pencil, or press Esc when you're done.

Reset

More > Reset my menu drops your changes. You get the menu your company set for your role, or the standard menu.

For admins

With the Settings permission, More > Use this menu for sets your current menu as the starting menu for a role, or for Everyone. People who have already changed their own menu keep theirs until they reset it. Remove takes the role menu away.

The page you are on always shows in the menu, even if you hid it.
